This artifact is a poster I helped design for a fictional college campus.  That is the poster with the abstract coffee beans and silhouette coffee cup. The poster invites students, the basis of the target audience, to the coffee shop for its Grand Opening.

The last artifact was the cheese advertisement.  This was yet another design I completed in a course at Southern New Hampshire University.  This project, I remember, was also one of the first projects I had to complete at the school.  It required me to understand contrast, color choices, alignment, typography, and visual hierarchy, among other elements and principles for an effective design.

The next artifact is the A.D. Pizza ad which included a dog wearing a hat.  The overall concept for the A.D. Pizza advertisement was a design created to attract college students to a newly revamped pizza locale. To market to my target audience, I had to redesign the typography and imagery. Also, I played with the imagery by altering the color with a blue filter to create a more curious appeal to the design’s aesthetic.

The overall concept for my book cover design is to create an example of my typography knowledge and my usage of typography through designing a book cover.
